Chocolate Fountain !!

I can't believe it is February again and time for our annual Downtown Camas First Friday chocolate event. A CHOCOLATE AFFAIR TO REMEMBER will be held tomorrow night from 5:00 to 8:00.  Downtown businesses will be serving and selling wonderful Chocolate goodies - a great time to pick up those gifts for Valentine's Day.
We will be having our Chocolate Fountain - so come and indulge.
There will also be a guessing game in participating businesses - which would qualify you for a fabulous Valentine's Gift Basket.

It's After Christmas Sale Time

Our Holiday Open House starts tomorrow  - Friday at 10:00 - We will be giving away to the first 50 customers on Friday and Saturday,(November 11th & 12th) our absolute favorite Holiday candle.  Last year I had trouble keeping these in stock.  We have included a votive holder and a fortune just for fun.  So come early.

Our front window is icy blue.  And as you can see below - we are full of crazy birds.

The leaves are everywhere in Camas !!!!

I love the leaves on the streets this time of year they are everywhere - I am sure they cause some problems - but they are such a statement for this time of year. We of course have some great items for fall decorating in the store.

Susan Kashas "GIGI" has set up in the front window - I think with Natalie's help "SPARROW" - of course with fall it is extremely warm and inviting.

Amanda, "Girl in Pink" has channeled Beatrix Potter in the small window  - that turned out so charming - I am sure she spent a few hours cutting out paper leaves.  You can see more photos on her blog.

It was Beautiful !

Thank you Laurie & Debbie (Worthy Goods) for putting together such a great group of dealers for the Vintage Street Faire.  I have some photos but hopefully others took more and better photos.  Thanks to everyone that set up fabulous booths and to all of you that came and shopped.  If the store wouldn't have been so busy - I could have shopped more myself.  Here are my photos to share.

VINTAGE STREET FAIRE & STOREWIDE SALE THIS WEEKEND

We like to give a gift to our customers at our events -  we are so appreciative of our loyal customers- This weekend we will be giving these scrabble tile necklaces to the first 50 customers on Friday and Saturday.  Billie of Brocanteur Vintage made these for us - I love, love, love, how they turned out.  We will be serving Complimentary Italian Sodas again on Friday - I think Tommy will be our bartender - and yes you can tell him you don't want to hear a joke or a riddle - or make his day and listen to one.  Our sale prices will continue thru Sunday.

Our Street Faire on Saturday has doubled in size from last year.  This is our 3rd year and Worthy Goods has put together an incredible group of Dealers with Vintage offerings for your home & and garden.

Camas Street Faire - Saturday August 27th

It is coming very soon - Our Store sale starts on Friday August 26th - 10:00 to 6:00 - That day we will be serving Complimentary Italian Soda's.  The street faire starts Saturday morning at 9:00.  We will also be having appraisals that day in front of the store, $5.00 per item, limit 2 items per visit - this money will be donated to the Downtown Camas Association.  On both Friday & Saturday the first 50 customers will receive a free gift & our  Store Sale prices continue thru Sunday.

 Marci and Glen of 4th & Birch setup another fabulous window with incredible Wine accessories - come to the store and check out the wine cabinet Glen made from an old record player cabinet.

I was feeling very "Ralph Lauren" when I set up the small window.
